We accept returns & will refund appropriately according to the issue of the product(s), we do also require the product(s) to be returned in as new condition, unused & unopened.
If your product is damaged, we do not always require a return if the issue is obvious, yet we would still require photographic evidence.
Checks will be made, especially with smoking paraphernalia.
All returns must reach us within 14 days from the date you received them, outside of the UK we allow 30 days.
We will not refund return postage unless an error was made our end, in which case we can generate a returns label for you.
We will refund in full or part thereof payment direct to your bank account within 3-5 business days of reciept.
