In countries where legal to grow Natal Super Strength Mushroom Spores are fast growing long thick stems that bruise easily. Mushroom caps range from lighter brown to white in colour just as the veils break.
The stems and also the mycelium itself can bruise blue if pinched or disturbed, this is perfectly normal and a common trait with Psilocybin Cubensis mushroom types but is a known characteristic of Natal SS mushrooms.
